Hello! My name is Ian Defanti.
I am a graffiti artist turned graphic designer. I have four years professional experience in the Graphic Design field, and two years professional experience as a project manager.
My career focus has been to provide clients with a full design and marketing suite for their company, evolving from conception to an ongoing relationship that lasts for years. I’ve built lasting relationships with clients such as the Gaslamp Quarter Association, The San Diego Dining Group, Gaslamp Local, and many more.
I’m very well versed in communication and management between my team members. I also enjoy instructing & teaching those around me. Interacting with clients is usually the highlight of my day, especially when I’m able to provide them with exactly what they need.
I’m a Chicago native, and I moved out to San Diego for a job out of Highschool. I returned to school in 2007, and received my bachelors degree in Applied Arts (Emphasis in Graphic Design) from San Diego State University.
Many of my design projects have been published in The San Diego Reader, Pacific Magazine, and Air 2 Air Magazine.
Some of my greatest passions in life are good design, 3D visualization, spray paint art, my girlfriend, Dungeons and Dragons, and wheat beer.
